What these messages are
Delta Medical Group (DMG) sends one-time sign-in codes by text message to distributors and staff it has invited to the DMG distributor portal. A code is sent only when the account holder signs in and asks for one, or when they add their mobile number. DMG does not send marketing or promotional texts to this number.
How you agree
You opt in inside the portal: you enter your own mobile number, check the box "I agree to receive one-time sign-in codes by text from DMG (Delta Medical Group) at this number", and tap "Text me a code". You can remove your number at any time.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with how often you sign in. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to stop messages. Reply HELP for help, or email distributorsupport@dmg.health. If you opt out, you can still sign in with Face ID or fingerprint.
Privacy
Your mobile number is used only to send sign-in codes and to protect your account. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the text-message provider that delivers the codes.
